The subscription reached a total of Bt87 billion in value on Tuesday, the last day for the subscription.

Previously, the central bank had planned to issue Bt40 billion in bonds, which were opened for subscription on Monday and were oversubscribed.

The central bank announced on Monday that a total of Bt75 billion worth of bonds were booked.

The issuance marked the first time that the central bank had issued bonds for individual savers and became popular among subscribers.
