Siam2You buys two land developing firms

Siam2You reported to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Monday that it has bought shares in two hotel developers as part of its plan to diversify business to property sector.

Siam2You said it has on August 27 bought 22.94 per cent of Fena Park Co Ltd from Vithaya Park with total transaction value of Bt19.5 million. The company also bought 31.38 per cent of Casa Fico Co Ltd from Vithaya Park Co Ltd with total transaction value of Bt45.5 million.

Siam2you said it expects to benefit from the returns projected for this development, as Thailand's hospitality and resort residence market remains buoyant, with occupancies and room rates trending upwards. - The Nation
