Tender offer for Ucom ends on Aug 30
Shareholders of United Communication Industry Plc (Ucom) can convert their shares to shares of Total Access Communication Plc (DTAC) until August 30.
Those who bought Ucom shares from Aug 27 onwards would not be eligible for the conversion, the Stock Exchange of Thailand announced.
Dtac has offered the conversion without any offer to buy the Ucom shares in cash, as part of corporate restructuring. After the share conversion, Ucom would be delistd from the bourse.
