Pakorn named new SET chairman
Former Securities and Exchange Commission Secretary-General Pakorn Malakul Na Ayudhya was named chairman of the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Wednesday.

He will immediately replace Vijit Supinit, whose term was expired at the end of July.
Pakorn, also former deputy governor of the Bank of Thailand, is calling for a press conference at 2pm today.
