EYES

Begin with a base by applying the lightest shade found in the Colour Surge Eye Shadow Trio in Totally Neutral to the entire eye, followed by an application of the medium shade to the lid only. To create a beautiful contour, use the deepest shade to line the lower lashes and to contour the crease, blending the colour up into the crease and toward the center.

Gently hold the eye taught from the outer corner. With the edge of the Eye Liner Brush apply Brush-On Cream Liner in Graphite to the upper lashline, from corner to corner, with a strong, precise stroke. Thicken the line as you near the outer corner.

Application Tip: To apply Brush-On Cream Liner, lightly dip the Eye Liner Brush, a stiff bristled brush, into the cream liner pot. For the most precise application, use the back of your hand as a palette to dab off any excess product before applying. If you don't have a steady hand, gently dab three dashes along your lashline - outer corner, middle and inner corner. Then, go back and connect the dashes.

For a more defined look, as you see in the image, apply Brush-On Cream Liner to the lower lash area and smudge with the medium shade in the Colour Surge Eye Shadow Trio in Totally Neutral.

Use High Impact Mascara in Black on the upper lashes. Start from the base of the lashes and brush through lashes from roots to tips.

CHEEKS

This look uses a soft application of the Blushing Blush Powder Blush in Berry Delight. Apply the blush colour from the apple of the cheek up toward the temple. To achieve a natural, blended look apply in a circular motion.

LIPS

Apply Almost Lipstick in Black Raisin to complete the look.
