True appoints new directors
True Corporation Plc today reported the Stock Exchange of Thailand that its board of directors has approved the appointment of new directors replacing the resigned directors.
The new directors are Norbert Vay and Jens B Bessai, who will replace Heinrich Heims and Andreas Klocke.
