Vibharam will upgrade a medical clinic in the estate to a hospital, to be named Vibharam (Amata Nakorn) Hospital, that will open in 2010, Amata said.
"First phase of project investment will be approximately Bt500 million-Bt600 million, of which equity accounts for about Bt250 million. Vibharam Group will acquire 74 per cent of the equity and leave the rest for Amata," Amata said in the statement.
At present, the nearest hospital is 30 minutes away in Chon Buri.
