BLand's share subscription set for Aug 20-24
Bangkok Land Plc will open for share subscription and payment during August 20-24, for the 2.85 billion new shares, the company said in the filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
BLand's shareholders in July approved the company's issuance of 2.85 billion shares to shareholders whose names appear on the company's book as of July 12.
BLand is in the process to raise its capital by Bt10 billio, for future expansion. It is the major shareholder of Impact Exhibition Management Co Ltd, the operator of Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani.
