Blending innovation with tradition in Milan

Taste the best traditional cuisine at Sadler in Milan

Blending innovation with tradition in Milan

Highly respected among his peers, Claudio Sadler epitomises Italian nuova      cucina to the point where his name is synonymous with culinary quality and   creativity.

The eponymous restaurant finely embodies the best of this one-man tradition in a rustic albeit pleasantly trendy setting.

The inventive, carefully thought-out menu includes such memorable dishes as the smoked fish ravioli with Jerusalem artichokes and milk sauce, a bold combination for amazing results; and the famously delicious spaghetti with a scorpion-fish sauce. Service is, of course, flawless and the wine list still manages to amaze.
