Allied Metals has been providing innovative turnkey solutions for domestic and international customers for 36 years.
Prim said the company this year planned to increase its revenue proportion for international markets from 20 per cent at present to 30 per cent. Its main customers are hotels, restaurants and airlines. The value of kitchen installations that Allied Metals has provided ranges from Bt40 million to Bt600 million.
"The company is now expecting to win the bidding for a Bt1-billion kitchen-installation project abroad," said Prim, declining to give more details.
Enhanced by its Siam Stainless Steel affiliate, Allied Metals has the capability to introduce high-quality local production flexibility while reducing expensive stainless-steel-fabrication imports.
Prim said the kitchen installation supplied to customers included food-preparation, cooking and preserving equipment. The company also provides its clients with comprehensive turnkey catering solutions that answer to their creative vision and operational efficiency.
"We're capable of providing our clients with a fully customised service incorporating constancy, design, stainless-steel fabrication, project management and after-sales service," said Prim, adding that the company's state-of-the-art design philosophy responded to clients' original concepts.
Prim said Allied Metals was targeting revenues of Bt600 million this year, the same as last year.
The company's clients include The Oriental Bangkok, The Peninsula, the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Group, the Grand Hyatt Bombay, the Reethi Beach Resort Maldives, Aman Resorts, Lord Jim's Biscotti, RR&B, The Brasserie, La Scala, the River Cafe and Terrace, Mantra Restaurant and catering facilities for Thai Airways and Bangkok Airways at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Prim hopes the international food and beverage conference entitled "The Next Course", to be hosted in Bangkok by Starwood Hotels from next Monday to Thursday, will help the company to introduce itself to the world.
