Pan-roasted Celtic scallops with black pudding, mint, pea puree and seared foie gras is definitely recommended. Canadian scallops with black truffle shavings, morel mushrooms and shallot marmalade is also worth trying.
The restaurant, located in the south wing of the hotel, offers magnificent views of the Chao Phya River, the Krung Thep Bridge, historic rice barges and fascinating river life, as well as the hotel's tropical gardens.
