Suchada Kirakul, assistant governor, said that the MPC believes there is still risks affecting growth, while inflation rate in the first half of this year still remains low. The central bank stance slightly shifted from earlier MPC meeting of "neutral" by easing mildly to "almost neutral" as mentioned by Suchada.
