AEC called more details on investigation of Shin's shares trading

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on Tuesday will submit additional information in regard of investigating Shin Corp's shares trading to the Assets Examination Committee (AEC) on July 20.

SEC Secretary-General Theerachai Phuvanartnaranubala said that AEC has summoned SEC to clarify about the process of investigating on share trading of Shin Corp.

He insisted that SEC has investigated Shin shares trading in the same fair treatment as other stocks. However, he said for the Shin case, SEC has investigated its shares trading more deliberately than other stocks as being interested publicly.

"The investigation was proceeded in accordance with the international standard," said Theerachai.
