SET Index up 0.16 points

The Stock Exchange of Thailand opened slightly higher Friday, edging up 0.16 points to 824.09 points as of 11.19am (Bangkok time).

Turnover so far today has amounted to Bt10.6 billion.

The SET index yesterday suffered a correction after a three-year rally since Monday. The rally was halted just when the Thai baht broke the Bt34 psychological barrier against US dollar.
