New GM in Chiang Mai

Alan Watts was appointed general manager of the Holiday Inn Chiang Mai in April.



A native of New Zealand and a graduate of Cornell University's general manager programme, Watts has worked in some of the larger hotels in the Asia-Pacific. He brings with him a strong understanding of service and guest satisfaction.

Watts has previously worked at IHG hotels in Bangkok and Phuket.
