Thaksin Shinawatra's legal adviser Noppadon Pattama and his legal team will today visit the office of the Assets Examination Committee to file a motion against its order to freeze the assets of the ousted prime minister and his family.

Prem's resignation demanded

The Saturday Anti-Coup Group will today take a letter to Privy Council President General Prem Tinsulanonda's house demanding his resignation. Members claim Prem was behind the September 19 coup.

Chaturon seeks new Thai Rak Thai

The defunct Thai Rak Thai Party's former leader Chaturon Chaisang will today hold a meeting of the Thai Rak Thai Group to plan a new political party to be called Thai Rak Thai. The group will also discuss the military-installed government's performance.
