LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Recent precedent set by SEC gives hope to those who would have fallen foul of revised FBA In reading Political Analyst's letter ("Current system means there's no point to the fight against insider trading", May 9) about the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and considering my own predicament under the new Foreign Business Act (FBA), I now realise that, in fact, I never intended to have an illegal company structure.
