A doubles blow
Thailand's lone hope in the women's doubles fizzled out yesterday, when Duang-anong Aroonkesorn and Kunchala Voravichitchaikul went down to China's Cheng Shu and Zhao Yunlei 10-21 15-21 in the semi-final of the Asian Badminton Championships in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The loss ended the Thai challenge in the US$125,000 tournament.
