IBM Thailand keeps top spot
IBM Thailand has maintained its position as the top-ranked server vendor in Thailand in revenue terms, capturing a 46.6-per-cent market share in last year's fourth quarter.IBM's overall server-market revenue share increased 10.9 points in the quarter, compared with the same period the year before, said IDC Asia/Pacific Quarterly Enterprise Server Tracker. IBM's server revenues in Thailand grew 55.2 per cent year on year, while the overall server market grew 19 per cent in value terms in the quarter, said Thanwa Laohasiriwong, the company's country manager for systems and technology. - The Nation.
