Real estate :Property Choice to auction off Bt30m of Nonthaburi property assets next month

Property Choice is preparing to unload foreclosed properties in Nonthaburi province worth over Bt30 million in auctions on April 4 and April 11 at various offices of the Legal Execution Department.
The company is confident that demand for the houses will continue to be good due to lower interest rates and attractive promotions such as zero interest, Kasik Sriswasdi, marketing and property-for-sales executive of Capital Advisory Services (Thailand), said yesterday. Property Choice is an asset-management unit of Capital Advisory. The Legal Execution Department, along with Global Thai Property Mutual Fund and Palarp Property Management, will offer 42 attractive properties in Nonthaburi worth over Bt30 million in assessed value during the upcoming auctions. These properties include single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, shop houses and vacant lots.
