SET suspends Safari and Siam General Factoring
The Stock Exchange of Thailand suspended Safari World Plc and Siam General Factoring on Friday as it is considering whether the two companies' financial status is subject to possible delisting.
The two companies have already submitted their financial statements of 2006 and their operations or financial conditions call for possible delisting as SAFARI and SGF shareholders equity were found to be less than zero.
