Foreign minister soothes Japanese business community

Thai government have promised the Thai people they will enjoy a better and more democratic environment when they cast their ballots in a general election before the end of this year, Foreign Minister Nitya Pibulsonggram told foreign correspondents here on Tuesday.

iTV could be nationalised : PM Office Minister

The iTV could come to an end if it failed to repay debt of Bt100 billion within March 6. The government will revoke concession and nationalise the station, PM's Office Minister Khunying Divapadi Meksawan said Tuesday.
