The National Legislative Assembly (NLA) has chosen Prasong Soonsiri to be a charter drafter under the junta's quota - amid rumours he will be made chairman of the team writing the new constitution.





Quicker charter rewrite best: US

US Ambassador Ralph Boyce urged the Constitution Drafting Assembly yesterday to speed up its work and try to write the new charter within four months - but the CDA chairman insisted on no sooner than six months.
