Agricultural Futures Exchange of Thailand said SET50DEC07 (S50Z07) will be listed and commence trading tomorrow, while the trading of SET50DEC06 (S50Z06) will be ended at 4:30pm on the same day.
CAL-COMP ELECTRONICS (THAILAND) reported additional information on its investment in Apex Circuit (Thailand). Apex is a printed circuit-board manufacturer with Bt604 million in registered capital.
CH KARNCHANG's board approved the financial structure of affiliate Pathum Thani Water. PTW would increase its registered capital by Bt1.65 billion from Bt1.1 billion to Bt2.75 billion. PTW would purchase 450,439 shares in BJT Water at Bt600 per share from Rayong Real Estate for a total value of Bt270.26 million.
TAPACO posted a reviewed net profit of Bt23.66 billion for its fiscal year ended October 31, down from Bt40.4 billion a year ago.
