AAPICO HITECH's board voted to acquire 56.91 million shares in KPN Automotive from the Narongdej family at a price of Bt18 per share for a total amount of Bt1.03 billion.
SAHA PATHANA INTER-HOLDING's board voted to buy 45,737 capital-increase shares from Thaisecom Pitakkij at Bt196 per share and received the right to buy 348,549 shares from Secom (Japan) at Bt196 per share.
STAR SANITARYWARE's board approved an increase in the company's registered capital from Bt136 million to Bt170 million.
THAI RUBBER LATEX's board voted to buy 400,000 new common shares of T-Inter Plus for Bt4 million. The company's shareholding structure will remain at 40 per cent of the affiliate's registered capital of Bt10 million.
THORESEN THAI AGENCIES' board approved a dividend payment of Bt1.35 per share. The firm already paid an interim dividend of 65 satang per share. The remaining 70 satang per share will be paid next February 23.
