After a day of policy flip-flop, the stock market yesterday re- covered 11 per cent while the baht rose to a more comfortable zone of Bt35.60-Bt35.70 to the US dollar. But credibility has been damaged by the ill-thought-out capital controls and some people have started to question whether anybody should be held accountable.
