BEC said its subsidiary, Tero Entertainment, sold and transferred 300,000 shares in Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Thailand) to Thailand Venture at Bt69.34 per share for a total of Bt20.8 million.

WATTANA KARNPEAT said Phiphat Tangsubkul, the company's major shareholder, sold 2.28 million shares in the company to his daughter, Phirawan Changsirivatanathumrong. After the transaction, Phirawan holds 22.76 per cent, while Phiphat retains 8.07 per cent of the company.
