City Steel said its consolidated net profit for the first quarter ending October 31 was Bt33.89 million, down from Bt39.91 million in the same period last year.

International Engineering said its subsidiary IEC Business Partners will transfer A-HOST's 33,530 shares to Dragon One with a condition that Dragon One settles the share payment of Bt50 million by January 31. The company added that InfoComm (Thailand), the company in which IEC Business Partners holds 49 per cent of the registered capital, had changed its name from InfoComm (Thailand) to OneNet.

KGI Securities (Thailand) said KGI E-World, which was 100-per-cent owned by the company, was liquidated on July 12 when it ended operations order to reduce unnecessary costs.

SAHACOGEN (Chon Buri) said it is to invest Bt650 million in Sahacogen Kabinburi in addition to its initial investment of Bt250 million to commence the second construction phase.
