Third suspect nabbed for killing 14-year-old student

Police arrested Thursday another suspect allegedly involved in the fatal stabbing of an eighth grader in front of his Bangkok school early on Wednesday morning.
The suspect was identified only as Seksan, as he is a minor aged 17. Police said the boy admitted to being involved in the crime but said he only locked both arms of the victim, Pheeraphong Waen-ngern, 14, who was then stabbed to death by Baramee Khammuengkhoon, 19. Din Daeng police said Seksan confessed to injuring a teenager at Victory Monument by assaulting and stabbing him before he was part of the murder of Pheeraphong, outside Santiraj Witthayalai School. Baramee and another suspect known only as "A" were arrested later on Wednesday. Police are still looking for two others - Atthaphol Yoo-ain, 19 and a 17-year-old known only as "O". Bunmee Waen-ngern, the victim's mother, complained that no parents of the five suspects, either arrested or still at large, met with her to offer apology or responsibilities for their children's acts. She said Pheeraphong's body would not be cremated until the suspects or their parents apologise to him or her. The stabbing allegedly occurred after the victim scolded the five boys for asking for the phone number of a girl he was talking to. The Nation
