BAAN ROCK GARDEN posted an audited consolidated third-quarter net profit of Bt10.85 million, compared with Bt18.34 million in the same period a year ago.
ELECTRICITY GENERATING's board voted to appoint Pornchai Rujiprapha to replace Norkhun Sitthiphong as chairman. In other changes to the board, Sanit Rangnoi was appointed to replace Paiboon Thepmongkol, Chamnong Wongsawarng will replace Kitti Sirikwin, and Sombat Sarntijaree will replace Sahai Rakyao.
MURAMOTO ELECTRON (THAILAND) posted an audited consolidated net profit of Bt501.76 million for the year ending September 30, compared with Bt942.46 million the previous year. The board voted to seek shareholder approval in January to pay a dividend of Bt9 per share next February 23.
