Queen of the catwalk shows
Elle Fashion Week 2006 opens today at Central World. For the 12th outing of Thailand's first and longest-running fashion week, outfits from 17 top designers, plus the hottest three up-and-coming designers, will be seen on the shoulders of models over the course of six days from today.
Entrance is by invite only, but if you're a fashion student and happen to possess super-strong determination and patience you just might get lucky with a last-minute entry on the door. Otherwise, catch the shows on the giant screens out front.
