Sondhi sued for 'fake plot' comments
Prime Minister's Office Minister Newin Chidchob claims People's Alliance for Democracy leader Sondhi Limthongkul has defamed him by accusing him of masterminding a fake attempt on the life of Thaksin Shinawatra.
He said yesterday he would take legal action against Sondhi next week.Newin said the allegedly defamatory remarks were made on the Muang Thai Rai Sapda show on Friday and in Phujadkarn newspaper. "The police investigation of the car bomb is obvious so I have to exercise my rights,'' he said.
