US offers shrimp deal to avoid WTO

In the latest negotiations, the US insisted on carrying on with its C-bond. But it has offered to revise the measure by allowing importers to submit financial documents to the US Commerce Department. The US also bargained to reduce the C-bond guarantee or waive it if Thailand withdrew its WTO case. - The Nation.
