Court set trial date against EC commissioners
The Criminal Court Tuesday set the trial date against four members of the Election Commission on June 19 charging them for the dereliction of duty relating to a decision to allow additional candidates to contest the repeat vote on April 23.

Top auditor sentenced to three years in jail
The Criminal Court found on Tuesday a top auditor guilty of malfeasance and sentenced him to serve three years in jail for his involvement in the botched nomination process for the position of auditor general in 2001.
