Asia Metal announced its annual general shareholders' meeting would be held on April 27. A vote will be held on the company's dividend payment for last year's second-half operations.
BNT Entertainment said its paid value would not be affected by its purchase of shares in Navadis through a share swap. It also said the sale had been changed from ML Sarntidis Ditsakul to Citi Digital. The company said the purchase was not subject to connected-transaction regulations, because the company was not a shareholder in Navadis or Citi Digital. Directors of the company are not directors of Navadis or Citi Digital, while directors of Navadis and Citi Digital are not directors of BNT.
Golden Land Property Development announced its annual general shareholders' meeting would be held on April 27 and that it would not pay a dividend for last year's operations.
Land & Houses announced a dividend of 50 satang per share for last year's operations, of which 25 satang had already been paid, with the other 25 satang payable on May 26. A shareholders' meeting will be held on April 27.
Siam City Bank announced its annual general shareholders' meeting would be held on April 10.
