KCE ELECTRONICS's board voted not to pay a dividend for its 2005 operations.

POWER-P reduced the value of the "Friendship Village and Garden" project to Bt131.87 million from Bt150 million, after the project owner requested the company eliminate some of its scope of work, including conducting a feasibility study among other work. Power-P is still responsible for design and construction.

PRESIDENT BAKERY's board approved a Bt3.2-per-share dividend for its 2005 operations, payable on May 24.

SYNTEC CONSTRUCTION's board voted not to pay a dividend for 2005 operations after the company posted a Bt185.97-million loss.
