Gen Prem urges for peace

Privy Council's chief Gen Prem Tinsulanon has asked all parties involved in the political conflicts to work togother to help bring the country back to normal

"In this situation, all parties have to join hands to help resolve the political conflicts for the sake of the country," Prem said.

"I urged all parties involved in this political juncture to work together to restore peace and stability. All parties involved are mature people with understanding and good intention," he said.

He urged the media to relay his message to these involved parties. He did not name the concerned parties.

Prem said in front of his residence in a press briefing. He refused to answer journalists' queries. Journalists were given a very short notice that Gen Prem will be meeting the media, which is a rare occassion.
