ASIA HOTEL'S board voted not to pay a dividend for the company's 2005 operations after it posted a loss last year.

CPL GROUP'S board endorsed a Bt0.5-per-share dividend for its 2005 operations payable on May 26.

ICC INTERNATIONAL reported that it has repurchased 145,000 shares at Bt41.75 apiece for a total of Bt6.05 million.

K-TECH CONSTRUCTION signed a Bt215.7-million contract with Pearl Village Co Ltd to build an extension to Pearl Village Hotel & Resort. Construction commenced last Tuesday and will last six months.

PROFESSIONAL WASTE TECHNOLOGY (1999)'S board voted not to a pay dividend for the company's 2005 operations because the company needs cash to fund its expansion.
