BOUTIQUE NEWCITY said it would pay a dividend of Bt0.7 per share on May 23. It will also hold shareholders' meeting on April 24.

CHIANGMAI FROZEN FOODS said it would pay a Bt0.25-per-share dividend for its 2005 operations on May 25.

CHRISTIANI & NIELSEN (THAI) said it had been awarded a 16-month contract valued at Bt445.28 million to build a head office and training centre for PTT Chemical Plc.

PICO (THAILAND) said it would invest in IBRIX Co Ltd, which has registered capital of Bt5 million, on April 30.

THAI OIL said it would pay a dividend of Bt3.5 per share for its 2005 operations on May 4.
