ACL BANK announced the conversion period of its preferred shares ran from February 15 to 21.

Holders of preferred shares were entitled to convert their holdings into ordinary shares at a ratio of one preferred share to one ordinary share.

After the conversion, the bank has 844,243,838 outstanding preferred shares and 746,209,107 common shares.

MILLENNIUM STEEL reported that it had reduced its registered capital to Bt8.9 billion from Bt10.75 billion, after struck unsold shares from its books.

SAHA PATHANAPIBUL posted an audited 2005 net profit Bt413.48 million, compared to Bt343.16 million in 2004.

The 20.5-per-cent net profit increase was due to an increase in the company's net sales to Bt2.559 billion.
